Bloomerang is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help nonprofits get started with our top-rated fundraising CRM. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the Getting Started Journey via 1:1 virtual follow-ups, ensuring they gain confidence and value from their new tools. You’ll serve as both a support system and a project manager—empowering organizations to do more good while providing a best-in-class onboarding experience.
✅ Position Highlights
• 💰 Salary: $40,000–$55,000/year (plus discretionary bonus)
• 🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time
• 🏠 Remote: 100% Remote (U.S. only; HQ in Indianapolis, IN)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage customers through the Getting Started Journey
• Lead 1:1 virtual follow-ups to ensure understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) content
• Assist customers in realizing the value of their purchased platforms
• Coordinate internal hand-offs between onboarding and other Bloomerang teams
• Ensure timely project delivery and accountability across stakeholders
• Build strong, trusting relationships through clear communication and support
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of experience onboarding and training customers in a SaaS CRM environment
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage internal/external relationships
• High technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new tools
• Skilled in Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting data import files
💡 Nice-to-Haves
• Knowledge of data migration best practices
• 1+ year experience in SaaS project management or customer onboarding
• Experience with Bloomerang or other nonprofit CRM platforms
• Familiarity with nonprofit operations and needs

• U.S.-based with reliable internet and professional home workspace
• Ability to manage virtual communications and customer follow-ups independently
