Medical Guardian is looking for compassionate, experienced service professionals to join their Member Support team. You’ll be the voice that provides peace of mind, security, and life-saving support to members using medical alert devices. • $17/hour
• Full-time
• Equipment provided
• Remote (must reside in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX)
• Start Date: Monday, July 28
• PTO available after 60 days


📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls from members and caregivers
• Assist with orders, billing, activations, and troubleshooting
• Educate and upsell members on additional services
• Maintain accurate records and update accounts
• De-escalate concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving
• Promote a positive, solutions-focused experience on every call


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a call center or member support role
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Tech-savvy with multitasking ability
• Excellent listener and communicator
• Organized, empathetic, and self-motivated
• Must have a private, distraction-free home workspace and high-speed internet
