⢠Be a key player in building internal systems, support flows, and knowledge bases
đ What Youâll Own
⢠Serve as the front line for member supportâdelivering exceptional experiences across email, chat, and phone
⢠Troubleshoot complex issues (e.g., lab results, orders, platform bugs) with urgency and empathy
⢠Flag recurring member concerns and propose clear, actionable solutions
⢠Create or improve internal documentation, macros, and FAQs
⢠Support broader initiatives like piloting workflows, scaling resources, and refining our support ecosystem
⢠Champion the member voice within Function, helping shape product and service evolution
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠3+ years in customer/member support (startup or health-related environments preferred)
⢠Clear, concise, and empathetic written communication skills
⢠Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-driven
⢠Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
⢠Strong detail orientationâespecially when handling health or time-sensitive information
⢠Self-starter comfortable building and improving systems with minimal direction
⢠Deep belief in Functionâs mission to prevent avoidable illness and improve health outcomes
⨠Nice-to-Have Experience
⢠Previous startup or telehealth/healthtech experience
⢠Built or maintained customer knowledge bases
⢠Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
