BroadPath is hiring Member Service Representatives to join their fully remote call center team. You’ll handle incoming calls from members and providers, support healthcare inquiries, and provide high-quality service—all from home.

• Monday–Friday schedule

📋 What You’ll Do
• Manage at least 50 inbound calls daily
• Support member inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Educate members on health plan procedures and benefits
• Meet call center performance goals (quality, call volume, schedule adherence)
• Participate in team training and QA feedback reviews
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year experience in healthcare or health plan settings
• 1+ year in customer service or call center roles
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Windows platforms
• Dedicated quiet workspace and reliable internet at home
💡 Preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid Managed Care
