Fetch Pet Insurance is searching for a licensed, people-first Member Experience Associate – Retention to join their mission-driven customer team. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle high-volume calls and emails with empathy and skill
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, resolve issues, and advocate for renewals
• Resell Fetch’s value by personalizing pet-specific benefits
• Negotiate and retain customers through strong relationship-building
• Document interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally and provide process improvement feedback
• Stay on top of policy details, pet wellness trends, and performance metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a call center environment
• Retention or first-time close sales experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and hit KPIs
• Empathetic, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Self-motivated with strong judgment and follow-through
