📋 What You’ll Own
• Verify member coverage, benefits, eligibility dates, and claim status/payments
• Estimate out-of-pocket costs for procedures and explain copayments
• Meet performance goals for efficiency, call quality, adherence, and attendance
• Ensure customer satisfaction with a positive, professional call experience
• Maintain compliance with BroadPath, client, and HIPAA regulations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience within the last 4 years
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan provider or member customer service representative
• 1+ years of experience working from home
• Strong multitasking skills with computer and phone systems
• Ability to navigate multiple windows/screens quickly and accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible scheduling to adapt to seasonal client needs
