As a Medical Assistant I, you’ll play a key support role for a virtual Care Team, ensuring that each patient’s healthcare experience is smooth, responsive, and personal. This role blends patient-facing service with behind-the-scenes coordination to keep care flowing.
✅ Position Highlights
• 💵 $21.00/hour
• 🕒 Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
• ⏰ Work hours between 7 AM – 10 PM EST, depending on team needs
• 🏠 Fully Remote – Must reside in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, VA, or Washington D.C.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Perform live video check-ins and check-outs for virtual patient visits
• Provide phone and messaging support to patients
• Assist physicians, APPs, and RNs with administrative tasks
• Manage referrals, requisition forms, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate care across labs, imaging centers, pharmacies, and vendors
• Track patient progress and ensure follow-through on next steps
• Call providers/facilities to clarify info or resolve complex cases
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Oscar standards
• Contribute to an innovative, digital-first care delivery team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant in primary/urgent/multi-specialty care
• Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma
• Fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak)
• Tech-comfortable and detail-oriented
• Organized with excellent communication skills
