Fullsteam is hiring a hands-on, strategy-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing across its SUN Vertical—supporting three niche software platforms: The Uniform Solution (TUS), The Assistant Manager (TAM), and RB Retail & Service Solutions. You’ll build inbound campaigns, manage digital channels, and lead content efforts that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and execute inbound marketing strategies across TUS, TAM, and RB Retail
• Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, email, paid ads, social media)
• Oversee and update websites, landing pages, and content calendars
• Manage content production—blogs, case studies, webinars, eBooks, etc.
• Launch and run podcasts (RB and TAM), from strategy to promotion
• Lead event and tradeshow marketing efforts from start to finish
• Create marketing collateral, emails, and sales enablement materials
• Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and report on lead quality and performance
• Ensure consistent branding across creative, channels, and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales and business unit leaders
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B industries
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
• Experience in content creation, social media, and campaign execution
• Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution chops
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a bias toward action
• Comfortable owning the full marketing funnel across multiple brands
