🧾 About the Role
AnswerNet is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support Open Enrollment season. If you’re skilled at ACA plan sales, love helping people navigate health coverage, and can close with empathy, this role’s for you. You’ll receive 3 weeks of paid training, followed by a hands-on “nesting” period before jumping into full production.
✅ Position Highlights
• $20.00/hour during training
• Competitive commission + program completion bonus
• Full-time – 40 hours/week
• Remote – U.S. only
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, staggered shifts between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Training starts: Early October | Production: Nov 1 – Dec 15
📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide individuals and families through available health plans
• Identify needs and recommend the most appropriate coverage
• Clarify plan benefits and enrollment steps with empathy
• Close sales confidently using proven techniques
• Assist with questions about healthcare options and FFM requirements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active Health Insurance License (Required)
• South Carolina Health Insurance License (Required)
• FFM Certification (Required)
• 1+ year of ACA health insurance sales experience
• Strong sales closing and active listening skills
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, customer-focused

• Windows-based laptop or desktop (Windows 10+)
• Dual monitors + webcam
• USB-connected headset with microphone + mute button (No Bluetooth)
• Hard-wired internet (Min: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
