BroadPath is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our seasonal remote team. You’ll assist callers in exploring their Medicare and health plan options, offering clear, consultative guidance to help them find the right coverage. If you enjoy problem-solving and people-first sales, this one’s for you.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Take inbound calls from individuals shopping for health insurance
• Conduct needs assessments and match customers to appropriate plans
• Educate customers about Medicare and other plan options
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding callers through the full selection process
• Represent BroadPath and our top-tier healthcare clients with professionalism
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active Health Insurance Producer License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Comfortable working remotely with consistent productivity
• Quick with digital tools and multitasking across platforms
• Able to confidently assume the sale and close with care
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must supply a 19”+ monitor with VGA/HDMI port and cable
• USB-wired mouse and (optional) USB-wired keyboard
• Reliable, hardwired internet (25mbps down / 10mbps up)
• Private, quiet work environment free of distractions
