TopDog Law is seeking full-time, remote Legal Intake Specialists to serve as the first line of support for individuals seeking legal help. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls and digital leads with empathy, clarity, and professionalism—ensuring clients feel heard while collecting essential information that helps determine case eligibility. This is an ideal fit for candidates with prior intake or call center experience and a passion for helping people through legal challenges.


Position Highlights
• $23/hour
• Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours/week
• Remote (U.S.-based only)
• Rotating shifts between 7 a.m. and midnight (7 days/week)
• 2 consecutive days off weekly (schedule posted two weeks in advance)
• Monthly performance-based bonuses available


📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage inbound calls and digital leads from new and returning clients
• Listen empathetically while gathering case-relevant information
• Screen clients based on qualifying criteria for potential legal cases
• Accurately document and organize all client information
• Maintain quality service standards in every interaction
• Contribute to team success and meet performance goals


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in legal intake or high-volume customer service call centers
• Familiarity with personal injury law preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent data entry and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRMs and case management tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate during tough conversations
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
