We’re seeking a skilled Lead ROI Medical Records Specialist to guide the release of information (ROI) process while ensuring HIPAA compliance and top-tier customer service. This remote leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong ROI background, people skills, and a knack for staying organized under pressure.

📋 What You’ll Lead
• Fulfill and oversee release of information requests with accuracy and care
• Perform and supervise quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Train new ROI staff and assist in onboarding
• Manage reporting, customer inquiries, and backlog coverage
• Collaborate with leadership on client issues, connectivity, and performance
• Maintain working knowledge of HIPAA, EMR platforms, and state/federal regulations
• Serve as a go-to resource for team troubleshooting and customer service
🎯 Ideal Candidate Traits
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• 4+ years ROI experience, or 2+ with Sharecare HDS internal experience
• Experience mentoring or supervising teams
• Familiarity with multiple EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Certified or willing to complete AHIOS ROI Certification
• Proven ability to meet productivity and quality benchmarks
