Prompt is transforming healthcare with cutting-edge, automated software for rehab therapy clinics. As our user base expands, we’re seeking a sharp, service-minded IT Helpdesk Technician to join our engineering team.
This isn’t a run-of-the-mill support gig. You’ll be the tech lifeline for a remote-first team of healthcare innovators—keeping systems running, troubleshooting issues, and helping the people who are helping patients.

• 100% remote (U.S.-based preferred)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line support via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure new systems, user accounts, and tools
• Perform regular maintenance and backups
• Document IT assets, fixes, and known issues
• Enforce security protocols and data protection best practices
• Train team members on IT basics and tool usage
• Monitor systems for outages or performance issues
• Collaborate with teammates on escalated tickets and system upgrades
🎯 What You Bring
• Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk, Tech Support, or similar role
• Strong skills in diagnosing hardware/software/network issues
• Clear, confident communication and a calm presence under pressure
• Comfortable supporting Windows, MacOS, and cloud-based tools
• Experience with common support tools (e.g. Jira, Slack, GSuite, Zoom)
• Customer-first mindset with an eye for process improvement
• Bonus: CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar
• Bonus: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field
