Zocdoc is reshaping the healthcare experience by putting power back in the hands of the patient. As an Integration Support Associate, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in setting up and maintaining the technologies that power the Zocdoc platform. You’ll partner with healthcare providers to deploy and configure our proprietary tools—creating seamless integrations that make booking care easier for millions.

Compensation: $21.14–$29.02/hr
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deploy, configure, and maintain the systems that connect Zocdoc to healthcare providers
• Provide exceptional technical support to clients
• Relay feedback to Product and Engineering to help improve the platform
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes as the company grows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and provider offices


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in technical customer support, ideally with enterprise clients
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
• Experience or coursework in computer science or networking is a plus
• Drive to learn new systems and technologies
• Passion for improving the patient experience
