Maxor Specialty is hiring a Remote Intake Coordinator to support its Specialty Pharmacy division in Lubbock, TX. This role is perfect for a Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician who wants to directly impact patient care from the comfort of home. You’ll be the first line of communication for new patients and the critical link in processing incoming prescriptions, ensuring a smooth intake and fulfillment experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Enter and process new referrals and prescription refills into the pharmacy system
• Communicate essential information for authorizations and reimbursements
• Perform Welcome Calls to new patients, introducing Maxor services
• Monitor, scan, and organize documents within CPR+ system
• Triage and manage incoming faxes, e-prescriptions, and prescription setup queues
• Answer inbound patient calls and provide exemplary service
• Maintain accurate patient records and routing of documents
• Support team cleanliness, operations, and quality improvement processes
• Assist with audits, staff meetings, and other administrative projects

🛠️ Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification: Must be a Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant pharmacy or healthcare support role
• Preferred: Familiarity with CPR+, pharmacy queues, and specialty pharmacy operations
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must reside in Texas and maintain active technician registration
• Ability to work 8-hour weekday shifts remotely and manage on-call duties if assigned
