This consultative role involves guiding inquiries through phone, email, and chat—offering support, enrollment assistance, and actionable insights across our Admissions, Licensure, and Professional programs.

• Salary Grade A: $31,200–$78,600/year (dependent on experience, skills, and location)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide consultative phone, email, and chat support to prospective students
• Match prospective students with the appropriate Kaplan programs
• Guide individuals through complex education/licensure pathways
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Maintain up-to-date student profiles and track CRM activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide top-tier service
• Provide clear, student-focused communication throughout the enrollment journey
• Share feedback with leadership to improve processes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and MS Office tools
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly adaptable
