Reporting to the Director, HRBP News, this role ensures efficient, compliant, and seamless HR processes across international teams. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Draft and manage employment contracts, addendums, and HR documents
• Maintain and update SAP HR system and employee records
• Communicate changes to payroll, benefits, and other departments
• Track employee absence and handle sick pay documentation
• Manage right-to-work compliance and document checks
• Coordinate invoices, vendors, and purchase orders
• Support onboarding, recruitment, and reference checks
• Partner with global HR and Talent teams for smooth daily operations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination (international preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Professional and clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Discretion with sensitive employee data
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Advanced written/spoken English

• Experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS)
