🧾 About the Role
PingWind is seeking an experienced Help Desk Customer Service Technician to support the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) within the Department of Veterans Affairs. You’ll handle escalated Tier 2 tickets, troubleshoot application and hardware issues, and serve a critical role assisting end-users from frontline employees to supervisors.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Troubleshoot PC, browser, access, and network issues using remote tech tools
• Analyze and resolve VBMS application issues or escalate as needed
• Participate in daily calls to discuss high-priority tickets and new concerns
• Track, manage, and close issues using ServiceNow ticketing system
• Communicate clearly with internal VA stakeholders across technical levels
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of relevant IT support or help desk experience
• Strong grasp of web-based apps, enterprise systems, and system configuration
• Familiar with database management tools and ITIL frameworks
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• High School Diploma required
