Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Healthcare Services Representative to join its patient-focused team. In this role, you’ll handle appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and problem resolution for one of Houston’s leading multi-specialty clinics—all from the comfort of your home in Texas.

• Pay: $16.00 – $27.69 per hour (based on experience & location)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
• Schedule: Monday–Friday

📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments promptly and courteously
• Assist patients with questions, concerns, and problem resolution using available resources
• Provide comprehensive service for all caller requests
• Maintain and improve computer skills to effectively use clinic software
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in a high-volume contact center or customer service role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong critical thinking skills and professional phone etiquette
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in Texas
• Quiet, secure home workspace suitable for handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
