📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to patients and members for appointments, screenings, and surveys
• Educate members about healthcare options and insurance benefits
• Assist with welcome calls and general inquiries
• Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
• Follow daily schedules and maintain high-quality call standards
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (will be verified)
• Experience with data entry, screen navigation, and Microsoft Outlook/Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably and productively
• Dual-monitor setup required (22″ monitors with HDMI + DisplayPort)
• Reliable, high-speed internet in a quiet, secure home workspace
