Teleperformance is hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to support patients and healthcare clients across the U.S. In this role, you’ll field inquiries across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and social media—bringing empathy, efficiency, and clarity to every interaction. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to healthcare-related inquiries with care and professionalism
• Calmly de-escalate frustrated or concerned customers
• Process payment requests and track call activity for auditing/reporting
• Escalate complex issues as needed and provide feedback on recurring concerns
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication standards
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-channel support environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong written/verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to type 25 WPM and navigate multiple screens
• Logical problem-solving skills and solid time management
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
💻 Remote Requirements
• Download speed ≥ 15 Mbps | Upload speed ≥ 5 Mbps
• Ping under 50ms with no packet loss
• No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean, quiet home office setup
