Vetcove is searching for a dynamic, full-time Head of Talent to lead and scale our recruiting strategy across all teams. As the architect of our hiring engine, you’ll shape the way we attract, evaluate, and onboard talent. You’ll collaborate directly with our cofounders and hiring managers to build a strong, values-driven team that’s fueling a platform modernizing the $50B+ veterinary supply industry. • $100,000–$160,000/year + bonus + equity
• Full-time
• Fully remote (USA only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Own and optimize full-cycle recruiting strategy company-wide
• Lead and mentor a growing team of recruiters and coordinators
• Partner with execs and hiring managers to forecast and fill key roles
• Build scalable systems, metrics, and sourcing strategies
• Oversee ATS tools and continuously improve recruiting workflows
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Balance high-level planning with hands-on execution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 6+ years in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience scaling hiring systems and pipelines from the ground up
• Strong communicator and collaborator across all levels of a company
• Strategic mindset with a tactical drive to get things done
• Deep knowledge of ATS tools and recruiting platforms
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
