Vetcove is hiring a Head of Customer Success to lead and scale a high-performing team managing some of our most critical commercial partnerships. In this full-time remote leadership role, you’ll oversee strategic relationships with top animal health brands and ensure our partners see meaningful impact through our platform. If you’re a seasoned client success leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, high-stakes presentations, and growing enterprise accounts, this is your seat at the table.

• $160,000–$280,000/year + bonus + equity

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 supporting our largest pharmaceutical partners
• Manage complex enterprise accounts with professionalism and strategy
• Travel (~25%) to client sites for business reviews and planning sessions
• Present strategy, results, and performance directly to senior decision-makers
• Review team-created client materials (proposals, QBRs, performance decks)
• Optimize internal workflows to scale and improve client success delivery
• Collect partner feedback to help shape commercial priorities and development
• Set performance goals and conduct regular account health reviews
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client success
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 3+ people
• Track record with complex enterprise-level partnerships
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to dig into details
• Exceptional project management and presentation skills

• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward solutions
