In this role, you’ll oversee the intake and turnaround process for medical file reviews, coach a team of CSRs, and ensure we exceed client expectations every time. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Oversee CSR team workflows and ensure timely case processing
• Guide staff on case assignment and intake issues
• Conduct monthly audits and performance coaching
• Train new team members and lead 1:1 progress meetings
• Partner with clients for updates, questions, and documentation needs
• Maintain high service standards for complex medical file reviews

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience managing or supervising teams required
