Century Consulting Services is hiring a detail-oriented Enrollments Specialist to process applications, assist clients with onboarding, and provide high-quality phone and email support. This fully remote role is perfect for someone with at least one year of phone-based customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Location: Remote – open to U.S. candidates
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and validate enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness
• Assist clients with portal navigation, troubleshooting, and access questions
• Gather necessary documentation from clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Conduct outbound welcome calls to review important account details
• Maintain organized, accurate records of enrollment-related documents
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in applications
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and resolve concerns
• Detail-oriented with strong listening skills
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable work ethic
• Team-oriented with eagerness to learn and contribute
• Spanish language skills highly preferred (not required)
