You’ll serve as the human connection behind our technology—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring callers feel supported and understood. • 💰 Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
• 🕐 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts ending by 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST, 6:00 PM MST, 5:00 PM PST)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer a wide range of inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance on benefit enrollment and related questions
• Document call details and follow internal processes to resolution
• Take full ownership of each caller’s issue—from intake to outcome
• Ensure compliance and timeliness in all processing and communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to find creative, helpful solutions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year customer service or contact center experience required
• Experience with benefits administration or insurance (preferred but not required)
• Strong phone presence, active listening skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with digital tools and SaaS platforms
• Reliable, team-focused, and driven to deliver service excellence
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
💻 Remote Requirements
• Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
• Ethernet (wired) connection strongly recommended
