Personify Health is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to oversee data operations as an EDI Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, supporting file integrity, and collaborating across teams to resolve technical issues. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complex systems and finding clear, actionable solutions.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor and manage the movement of EDI data across systems
• Troubleshoot enrollment and eligibility file issues (837, 835, 834, 270/271, etc.)
• Coordinate ongoing EDI testing, file processing, and upgrades
• Communicate updates to users and leadership
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to implement file changes
• Maintain documentation and analyze technical workflows
• Translate business requirements into workable data solutions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in system or data analysis, or process improvement
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare or TPA industry
• Solid critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with data tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with EDI transactions (preferred but not required)
• Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset
