ABC Legal is hiring a Remote Dispatcher to coordinate and assign legal service jobs to Process Servers across the U.S. This is a high-impact role within a small but mighty team, responsible for ensuring time-sensitive legal documents are dispatched efficiently. You’ll track job status, communicate with servers, and flag gaps in coverage. If you’re detail-obsessed, thrive under pressure, and love solving problems in real time—this role is built for you.

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour
• Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor unclaimed legal jobs using Skye (internal dispatch platform)
• Proactively reach out via text, phone, and email to assign jobs to local servers
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with unclaimed or stalled jobs
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
• Track and report trends on “stuck” jobs or systemic slowdowns
• Review unclaimed zip codes and work with recruiters to address gaps in server coverage
• Notify regional teams of volume spikes, low performance, or recurring dispatch delays
