As a Digital Media Buyer, you’ll be at the helm of multi-channel campaigns, blending strategy, negotiation, and optimization across programmatic display, video, OOH, radio, and more. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop and lead media plans that support clients’ holistic digital strategies
• Conduct platform/vendor research and recommend budget/media mix
• Build relationships with vendors and execute programmatic, direct, and cross-platform buys
• Coordinate with creative and analytics teams to ensure ad specs, tracking, and performance metrics align
• Traffic campaigns through Google Campaign Manager or similar platforms
• Monitor campaign pacing, targeting accuracy, and audience performance
• Optimize on-the-fly with data-driven adjustments and clear client communication
• Present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Explore and test new opportunities in advanced TV, audio, OOH, and emerging media
• Lead onboarding of new DSPs and support broader paid media strategy as needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of experience in paid media, especially in display/media buying
• Familiarity with programmatic tactics (prospecting, retargeting, video, native, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Google Campaign Manager and Excel
• Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, etc.)
• Google Analytics Certified; familiarity with GTM and Adobe Analytics
• Working knowledge of DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
• Strong communicator with exceptional research, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable managing budgets, pacing, and detailed media reporting
• Up-to-date on industry trends, platform changes, and new ad tech
