Century Consulting Services is seeking a skilled and persuasive Debt Negotiator to secure favorable settlements for clients, particularly in litigation cases. You’ll work directly with opposing counsel, analyze case details, and negotiate strategically to help clients reduce debt and achieve financial stability.

• Pay: $21/hour
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote – open to U.S. candidates
• Schedule: Mon–Wed 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST, Thu 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Fri 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Communicate with opposing counsel via phone, email, and fax
• Strategize daily, weekly, and monthly case goals
• Calculate acceptable settlement percentages based on client finances
• Negotiate settlements with law firms and creditors
• Document settlements in company software
• Partner with attorneys to submit and accept offers
• Achieve monthly settlement goals set by management
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of debt negotiation experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Adaptability to change and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Legal office experience preferred but not required
