A leading studio and theater data company is seeking a Data Center Associate for a part-time, remote, night-shift position. If you’re detail-obsessed, reliable after dark, and love working independently, this is your cue. You’ll collect and input theater and studio data, supporting the entertainment industry from behind the scenes.
✅ Position Highlights
• Part-time (casual role)
• Remote – must reside in OR, WA, AZ, NV, ID, CO, or UT
• Night shifts only (7PM–late, Pacific Time; some may begin at 6PM)
• Weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Hourly Pay:
– Colorado (excluding Denver): $14.81/hour
– Washington (excluding Seattle/SeaTac): $16.66/hour
📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor data reporting from domestic theaters and escalate as needed
• Track, prepare, sort, and accurately enter data from source documents
• Research pre-release data and verify its accuracy with originators
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and correct input errors
• Float between multiple data entry functions as needed
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Suggest improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and meet nightly deadlines
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• HS diploma or GED
• 0–1 year of relevant experience
• Solid data entry and internet research skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with solid time management
• Comfortable working late hours with limited supervision
• Ability to present information clearly in small team settings

• Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado (excluding Denver), or Utah
• Reliable internet connection

• Comfortable working nontraditional hours and independently
