As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted voice guiding users through issues with clarity, empathy, and precision. You’ll support both enterprise and individual users, becoming a key player in a fast-scaling support team that’s critical to customer satisfaction and product success.

• Full-time, remote (U.S.-based only)
• Weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver fast, accurate support for user inquiries and technical issues
• Troubleshoot product questions with care, clarity, and professionalism
• Capture and communicate user feedback to product and ops teams
• Use CRM tools to track tickets and analyze patterns
• Go deep on complex issues and follow through to resolution
• Help shape support processes as the team scales
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in customer service or Tier 1 tech support
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and able to explain complex issues simply
• Organized, detail-driven, and results-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
