ECP is seeking a remote Customer Support Representative to serve as the front line of support for our market-leading SaaS platform used in over 6,500 senior living communities worldwide. You’ll help caregivers and administrators resolve issues, navigate the software, and stay connected to the care mission—one ticket, email, and call at a time. • 🕐 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:30 am–7:00 pm CT (includes 1 week/month on-call rotation)
• 🌎 Remote: Fully remote – hiring in CO, UT, WA, and NV

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users, and follow up until resolution
• Maintain detailed customer records in HubSpot
• Ensure timely, accurate updates in ECP’s support documentation
• Contribute to product launches and enhancements
• Share insights with the Product Management team
• Support peers and share product knowledge
• Participate in after-hours support rotation
• Meet team KPIs and performance metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Customer service experience required
• Prior software support experience preferred
• Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or healthcare software is a strong plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Must have a compliant remote workspace that meets cybersecurity policies
