You’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries—resolving issues, guiding users, and offering smart solutions with care. ✅ Position Highlights
• 🕐 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT
• 📞 Channel Support: Phone, Email, Ticketing System
• 🌎 Remote: 100% Remote (U.S.-based; preferred locations include CO, UT, WA, NV)
• 🔁 On-Call Rotation: Required after-hours participation as scheduled

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide timely, effective support to users as the first line of contact
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users to appropriate resolutions
• Update customer records in HubSpot and document support activities
• Assist in onboarding and product rollout support
• Recommend improvements based on customer feedback
• Collaborate with Product teams on enhancements and documentation
• Continuously develop expertise in ECP’s platform to better assist clients
• Participate in team-wide goals and on-call support rotations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience in customer service (SaaS, tech support, or healthcare preferred)
• Familiarity with eMARs, EHRs, or healthcare technology platforms is a plus
• Strong communication—both written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical issues simply
• Detail-oriented with a drive for accuracy and follow-through
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Must maintain a secure, compliant home work environment
