As a Customer Support Associate II, you’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality support to customers navigating financial decisions—many of whom are older adults, people with disabilities, or their caregivers. • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT / 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver exceptional, compassionate service across phone, chat, and email
• Become an expert in the company’s customer experience tone (“True Link Voice”)
• Troubleshoot technical and account-related concerns
• Support customers through sensitive and important financial decisions
• Document interactions and escalate when needed
• Share insights and feedback to improve internal processes and service quality


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone-based customer interactions
• Empathetic, attentive, and solution-oriented
• Detail-focused and eager to learn
• Familiar with MacOS, internet troubleshooting, and remote tools
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, healthcare coordination, or tech support
• Personal or professional connection to people with disabilities, older adults, or addiction recovery communities is a strong plus
• Spanish language skills are highly valued

• U.S.-based with reliable high-speed internet
