NumberCruncher, a QuickBooks Gold partner and provider of robust inventory/order management software, is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to help guide clients from onboarding to retention. If you’re passionate about SaaS, inventory systems, and building long-term client relationships, this is your lane.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build client relationships, proactively manage accounts, and lead QBRs for key users
• Onboard new customers and drive early product adoption
• Deliver training on OrderTime software, QuickBooks integrations, and best practices
• Respond to client support inquiries with clarity, speed, and empathy
• Document client interactions in internal tools to ensure cross-team continuity
• Contribute to a growing knowledge base and self-service content hub
• Spot upsell opportunities and potential churn risks early and act on them
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to escalate or resolve issues
• Provide insights to refine CS processes, playbooks, and lifecycle metrics


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience with ERP or Inventory Management Software (IMS)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, CS, or Tech fields
• Stellar communicator who can break down complex systems clearly
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for deadline juggling
• Comfortable leading presentations, demos, or customer walkthroughs
• Experience working cross-functionally across internal teams
• Passion for helping clients grow, solve problems, and succeed
• Proactive mindset with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
• Dedicated home workspace with stable internet connection
