🧾 About the Role
OneSource Virtual is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our Strategic Payments team, focusing on customers using Wallet, Earned Wage Access (EWA), and Payroll Card. This role centers on high-impact relationship management across multiple small-to-midsize enterprise accounts (under 500 employees), helping employers and their teams adopt and maximize OSV’s innovative pay solutions.

• Own post-launch customer relationships across multiple accounts
• Focused on emerging enterprise clients (small accounts, high volume)
• Collaborative role across Marketing, Sales, and Support
• Hands-on ownership of usage growth and campaign performance
📋 What You’ll Own
• Seamless handoff from Services Readiness after go-live and hypercare
• Develop and execute scalable account management systems
• Drive product adoption and usage across Wallet, EWA, and Payroll Card services
• Distribute regular service updates and usage reports to clients
• Keep clients informed on new capabilities and service enhancements
• Coordinate with internal support to resolve technical issues
• Partner with Marketing to design and deploy employee-facing campaigns
• Track performance and adoption metrics across accounts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Strong process design skills for managing multiple small accounts
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed business structure
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
💻 Bonus Points For
• Experience in marketing or sales
• Familiarity with tools like Planhat, Salesforce, and Seismic
