🧾 About the Role
DealerOn is hiring a Customer Success Manager II to serve as a digital performance advisor and strategic partner for clients across the automotive space. As a CSM II, you’ll manage a book of business across multiple OEMs, helping clients optimize their websites, meet KPIs, and resolve issues—while proactively driving retention and growth. This is a mid-level, fully remote position for experienced, results-driven customer success professionals.


🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage multiple client accounts across automotive OEMs
• Conduct Monthly Product Reviews (MPRs) and offer data-driven website optimizations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring SLA compliance
• Track KPIs and align performance strategies across cross-functional teams
• Understand clients’ business goals and provide strategic consultation
• Communicate and de-escalate customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Manage escalations, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Assist in creating and updating internal knowledge base articles
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks from leadership and OEM partners


🎯 What You Bring
• 2+ years of account management, customer success, or dealership experience
• Google Analytics Certification required
• Strong communication and client-facing presence
• Proven experience handling multiple accounts/projects at once
• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting
• Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud, MS Office Suite, and digital tools
• Able to problem-solve independently and with a team
• Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
