Qumulo is redefining how enterprises manage unstructured data at exabyte scale—across cloud, edge, and data centers. As a Customer Success Manager I, you’ll be the face of that mission, owning the end-to-end success of a portfolio of customers. From onboarding and installation to retention and expansion, you’ll help ensure that customers are not just satisfied—but thriving.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $76,000/year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Travel: Up to 10%

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead onboarding and product installation for new customers
• Coordinate across OEM/Channel partners and internal teams for successful deployments
• Maintain and grow relationships with up to 75 customer accounts
• Conduct data-driven quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Ensure high retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction rates
• Proactively manage product usage and drive expansion opportunities
• Communicate product updates and workflow optimizations
• Escalate issues when necessary and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Provide product feedback directly to engineering and product teams


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a customer-facing or support role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
• Collaborative and comfortable using tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Capable of managing 50–75 accounts simultaneously
• Able to escalate and prioritize customer issues appropriately


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with networking systems (Cisco, Arista, Mellanox)
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
• Experience with Windows Active Directory
• Understanding of SaaS/subscription-based business models
• Background with scale-out file systems
