You’ll be the voice our clients trust—handling inbound calls, resolving questions, and helping move legal service orders forward. ✅ Position Highlights
• $15.00–$17.00 per hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM PST
• 100% remote (residents of select states only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage support tickets and phone calls related to legal service orders
• Help customers place new orders and resolve order-related issues
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone from clients, internal teams, and field servers
• Pull filed documents or information from court dockets as needed
• Accurately log issues and resolutions using Confluence
• Perform other support tasks as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
• Typing speed of 55+ WPM
• Tech-savvy: Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editing, and phone systems
• Strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Able to implement feedback and adapt to process changes
