As a NY IME Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first line of contact for new case intake and support—working closely with clients, physicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth case setup, assignment, and communication throughout the process.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Intake and verify new case data, draft into system (AccessDS)
• Communicate with clients on missing or incomplete information
• Assign cases to physicians based on availability, requirements, and jurisdiction
• Monitor deadlines and track case progress
• Update clients and reviewers with case details and status
• Maintain thorough documentation and support overall case flow
• Support additional tasks and projects as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in healthcare, insurance, or admin support
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiar with case documentation, scheduling, or claims is a plus
• Computer literacy and data entry skills are essential
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
