Cennox is hiring a full-time, remote-based Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC) to serve as the link between our internal teams and valued clients. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as a liaison between customers and operations teams
• Answer emails and calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear updates
• Track work order statuses, review service documentation, and ensure timely, quality completion
• Manage documentation like contracts, scope of work (SOW), SLAs, and customer onboarding details
• Support administrative tasks such as parts distribution, order entry, data collection, and report generation
• Ensure accuracy and follow-through for all customer deliverables
• Assist with new client setup and database maintenance
• Monitor ongoing services and respond to any changes or updates needed
• Review, process, and maintain customer service documentation and agreements
• Help improve processes and support strategic planning with the Customer Relations team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong communication skills—phone, email, and written
• Great organization and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (typing 45+ WPM)
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating databases
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and highly collaborative
• Previous experience working in an office setting (1–2 years preferred)
• High school diploma required; BA preferred
