đ What Youâll Own
⢠Lead, coach, and support a growing team of CX professionals
⢠Hire and train new team members while leveling up existing ones
⢠Align CX efforts with client and policyholder expectations
⢠Serve as subject-matter expert in claims processes (especially P&C)
⢠Collaborate across departmentsâProduct, Ops, Engineeringâto streamline and innovate
