📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Handle and resolve issues on the first call whenever possible
• Maintain accurate records and call documentation
• Communicate clearly and calmly—even in high-pressure scenarios
• Escalate issues when appropriate and provide feedback on recurring call patterns
• Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
• Contribute to a collaborative virtual team environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to type at least 25 WPM
• Comfortable navigating Windows-based systems
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Logical, organized, and quick to problem-solve
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
💻 Remote Requirements
• Reliable internet:
- Download speed: 15 Mbps or higher
- Upload speed: 5 Mbps or higher
- No satellite, mobile hotspots, VPN, or P2P connections
- Ping under 50ms, no packet loss
• Proof of internet speed required
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
