As a CSS Credentialing Specialist Assistant, youāll play a critical support role on the Credentialing team, helping maintain accurate provider records and streamline the onboarding and recredentialing process. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling across U.S. time zones.

Position Highlights
ā¢ Full-time, 40 hours/week
ā¢ Flexible shifts between 7:00 AMā9:00 PM (local time)
ā¢ Remote (U.S. only)

š What Youāll Own
ā¢ Support Credentialing Specialists with application retrieval and documentation
ā¢ Help compile and maintain accurate practitioner records
ā¢ Monitor and track licenses, DEA certificates, and liability coverage
ā¢ Review credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness
ā¢ Upload, verify, and audit credentialing documents
ā¢ Assist providers through the credentialing process
ā¢ Perform administrative duties and maintain database records
šÆ Must-Have Traits
ā¢ Associateās degree (or equivalent experience) required
ā¢ 1ā2 years experience in credentialing, licensing, or healthcare admin
ā¢ Familiarity with verification protocols and credentialing best practices
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, web-based tools, and data entry
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and proofreading abilities
ā¢ Problem solver with critical thinking and time management skills
ā¢ Able to meet deadlines and maintain production quality remotely
