📋 What You’ll Own
• Collect and manage outstanding invoices from current and past-due accounts
• Resolve billing inquiries, account disputes, and payment application issues
• Investigate and resolve collection issues quickly and effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support monthly close deadlines
• Assist in documenting and improving credit and collections procedures
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all communications and account documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in business preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Adaptable, self-starter mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working across teams and all levels of leadership
• Experience handling escalated research or account disputes
