FTD is seeking a remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to support our Member Florists with credit card processing, payments, and order disputes. This full-time, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for experienced call center pros who thrive under pressure, bring empathy to every call, and have an eye for detail. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls and emails related to credit card transactions, payments, and member disputes
• Onboard new credit card members using underwriting tools
• Input and validate customer data using internal systems
• Provide clear, helpful, and policy-aligned resolutions
• Document all calls in the Member360 application
• Stay current on process updates via internal materials
• Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years of high-volume call center experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience with credit card processing or payment systems strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong multitasker: capable of typing and talking simultaneously
• Calm, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure
• Organized note-taker with strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially MS Teams)
• High school diploma or equivalent
