BroadPath is hiring a Credentialing Specialist to ensure timely and accurate credentialing of healthcare providers. In this fully remote role, you’ll maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulations, manage high-volume credentialing tasks, and support a seamless provider experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Verify provider credentials through approved sources
• Track and process credentialing and re-credentialing applications
• Enter and update provider information in credentialing databases
• Maintain accurate provider demographics
• Monitor and manage data from delegated entities
• Communicate with providers or office staff regarding credentialing status and documentation
• Identify and report non-compliance or credentialing issues
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive data and documents
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years of provider credentialing experience for a health plan
• Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing standards
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM and 135+ KSPM on ten keys
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
