🧾 About the Role
Privia Health is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging for providers in its national high-performance medical group. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations compliant, streamlined, and efficient while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

• Salary Range: $49,500 – $55,000 base + 10% target annual bonus
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Complete Primary Source Verification (PSV) for initial and recredentialing
• Maintain credentialing databases and CAQH profiles, including license and certification renewals
• Ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve credentialing issues and support special projects
• Track credentialing data and produce regular reports
• Maintain confidentiality and secure communication with providers and teams
• Support workflow coordination and assist with documentation requests as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year experience in managed care credentialing and PSV
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive data and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Clear communication with practitioners and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
• Strong judgment in interpreting regulatory standards
