Equip Health is the nation’s leading virtual provider of evidence-based eating disorder care. As a Credentialing Specialist, you’ll help manage the licensing and enrollment of Equip’s clinical providers—ensuring that every team member is cleared to deliver life-changing care. This role is ideal for someone with credentialing experience who’s organized, collaborative, and passionate about supporting a mission that matters.

• $56,000–$67,000/year + bonus potential
• Full-time
• Fully remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant credentialing files for all provider types (LCSWs, MDs, RDs, NPs, etc.)
• Update payor rosters accurately and on time
• Prepare for delegated credentialing audits and quality reviews
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure file accuracy
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Support provider enrollment and other delegated tasks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of credentialing or provider enrollment experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of CAQH ProView and regulatory credentialing requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation habits
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
